1. Shipping Policy — Physical Products (Books & Workbooks)
Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
During product launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.
Domestic Shipping — Australia
We ship using trusted Australian carriers (Australia Post or couriers).
Delivery timeframes vary by location, generally 3–10 business days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent.
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working on expanding our logistics and hope to offer international delivery in the near future.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@thethinkinghandinstitute.com with your order number and photographs (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Returns & Refunds — Physical Products
Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for books, workbooks, or physical educational materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
3. Digital Products & Online Courses
Instant Access
Digital products and online courses are delivered electronically.
Access is provided immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds — Digital Products
Because digital files and course content cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Course Access Duration
Unless a specific time limit is stated at purchase, online courses include lifetime access for as long as the course exists on our platform.
